     Flooding

LANDUNTER, During the night of November 12-13, 1872, a storm surge of unprecedented magnitude took the western Baltic coast by surprise. 271 people lost their lives, thousands were left homeless. The natural disaster caused immense damage to our coasts.
150 years later: What remains of this catastrophe? Have we learned anything from it, especially with regard to man-made climate change and its impact on sea levels?

QUOMODO contributed an interactive landscape model to demonstrate the historical flood and coming sea level rises.
